Check out the video from kiteflix…you can see what happens when the chicken loop snaps. this is the dumbest thing you can do, the second fatality in kitesurfing hapend because of this

12yrs kitesurfing for me, you can only educate monkeys and bring the sport more sloser to a ban on every beach. There are beaches that are banning the sport because of stupidity. Fly sensibly and you keep your fav sport. It’s a mad world…..with mad men

people that are crapping on this guy for kiteboarding are only jealous that they would be to pussy to do it… he has managed to try this and safely land.

Every opinion CAN be self-centered.

These guys, like me, don’t care for potentially dangerous situations. Its not something one does intentionally, its the only way one can function to their full potential.

Its a genetic combination which has nothing to do with specific reasoning. Its only natural.

By the way, i would rather die flying, aware of the hazard rather than driving a Toyo Prius.

ha… I can tell you that the owner of the station had nothing to do with it. He was painting his station and got scared when he saw it…
and we from bigdayz still go on with action like this, cause we love to fly, snowkiting is something similar and we fly as well 30-50m high or even higher. It is everybodys own risk and if you`re such a save guy - go and play chess!
back in the dayz nobody should have ever started with kitesurfing as it was toooo dangerous! think about it!
