You should know before going to Dakhla that it lies in a territory called Western Sahara, which is not part of Morocco although Morocco occupies military large part of the region.
Is it in the interests of the Saharawi population that you visit their country and spend your money in a way that will benefit the illegal Moroccan ocupation?
If you think it is good to make such a visit, then go. Otherwise please go somewhere else and help to make Morocco leave Western Sahara to the Saharawi people.
